Refund policy

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. This applies to customers in the European Union by law and is extended to all other customers as a matter of policy.

Cancelling before your order ships

You can cancel at any time between placing your order and the moment it is handed to the carrier. This matters for pre-orders, where payment is taken months before delivery. Cancel from your account, or write to hello@prizemans.com. You get the full amount back, including shipping.

How to return an item

Write to hello@prizemans.com before the 14 days are up, or use the form at the bottom of this page. Return the goods within a further 14 days, unworn and in their original packaging, to:

Return postage is paid by the customer. We do not reimburse it, and we do not accept parcels sent carriage forward or cash on delivery. Any customs or handling charges billed to us on a returned parcel are deducted from the refund.

You may handle and try on the goods as you would in a shop. If you use them beyond that and they lose value as a result, we may deduct that loss from your refund.

Refunds

We refund the purchase price and the standard outbound shipping cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the payment method you used for the order. We may hold the refund until the goods reach us or you show proof that you sent them back, whichever comes first.

If you are in the European Union

Prices for EU orders already include import VAT, customs charges and handling fees, so you paid nothing on delivery. A withdrawal refunds the price you paid, as set out above.

Faulty or incorrect goods

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incomplete, write to hello@prizemans.com with photographs. We will repair, replace or refund it, and return shipping is at our expense.

Customers in the European Union have a statutory warranty of two years from delivery.

Normal wear, damage from misuse and colour variation between screens and physical products are not defects.

Exclusions

Personalised items made to your own specification are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Pre-orders are not personalised items and are not excluded.
