Prizeman's is a brand of Kawaii Agentur GmbH.

2. Products

We sell headwear, apparel, printed matter and music releases, including snapback hats, t-shirts, stickers, enamel mugs, tote bags, vinyl records, cassettes, pins and patches. Product details are shown on each product page.

3. Prices and taxes

Prices in Swiss francs include Swiss VAT.

Prices in euros do not include import VAT, customs charges or carrier handling fees. Those are set by the destination country and are payable by the recipient on delivery. See section 5.

Prices may change at any time. The price shown at the time of your order applies to that order.

4. Pre-orders

Some products are offered as pre-orders before they are in stock. Pre-orders are charged in full at the time of the order.

Any delivery date shown for a pre-order is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. If we cannot ship within 30 days of the stated month, you may cancel the pre-order and we will refund the full amount, including shipping.

If a pre-ordered product cannot be produced at all, we cancel the order and refund the full amount.

5. Shipping and delivery

All orders ship from Zürich, Switzerland.

Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Nothing further is due on delivery.

European Union. Orders clear customs on arrival. Import VAT, a customs charge and the carrier's handling fee are paid by the recipient on delivery. These charges are set by the destination country and are not included in the price shown in this store. We have no influence over their amount.

If a parcel is refused at delivery and returned to us, we refund the price of the goods less the outbound shipping cost and any charges billed to us for the return.

Risk of loss passes to the customer on delivery.

6. Payment

We accept credit card and PayPal. The order is binding once payment is confirmed.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. This applies to customers in the European Union by law and is extended to all other customers as a matter of policy.

To withdraw, write to hello@prizemans.com before the 14 days are up. Return the goods within a further 14 days, unworn and in their original packaging.

Return postage is paid by the customer. We do not reimburse it, and we do not accept parcels sent carriage forward or cash on delivery. Any customs or handling charges billed to us on a returned parcel are deducted from the refund.

Once the returned goods reach us in the condition they were sent, we refund the purchase price and the standard outbound shipping cost within 14 days, using the payment method you used for the order.

Personalised or made-to-order items are excluded from this right.

8. Faulty goods

Goods are covered by the statutory warranty for defects. Customers in the European Union have two years from delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incomplete, write to hello@prizemans.com with photographs within a reasonable time of noticing the problem. We will repair, replace or refund it. Return shipping for faulty goods is at our expense.

Normal wear, damage from misuse and colour variation between screens and physical products are not defects.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. In all other cases our liability is limited to the damage typically foreseeable for this type of contract.

Mandatory product liability law remains unaffected.

10. Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law. See our Privacy Policy for details.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
