All orders ship from Zürich, Switzerland.

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Nothing further is due on delivery.

European Union

Prices in euros include import VAT, customs charges and handling fees. We pay them when your parcel enters the EU. Nothing further is due on delivery.

If a parcel is refused at delivery and returned to us, we treat this as a withdrawal and refund the purchase price and the standard outbound shipping cost, less any charges billed to us for the return. See our Refund Policy.

Founders Collection

Pre-orders ship in January 2027. Any date given for a pre-order is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.

You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships and get the full amount back, including shipping. See our Refund Policy.

Processing and tracking

In-stock orders are dispatched within three working days. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is handed over to the carrier.

Risk of loss passes to the customer on delivery.
