All orders ship from Zürich, Switzerland.

Switzerland and Liechtenstein

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Nothing further is due on delivery.

European Union

Orders clear customs on arrival. Import VAT, a customs charge and the carrier's handling fee are paid by the recipient on delivery. These charges are set by the destination country, not by us, and are not included in the price shown in this store.

If a parcel is refused at delivery and returned to us, we refund the price of the goods less the outbound shipping cost and any charges billed to us for the return.

Founders Collection

Pre-orders ship in December 2026. Any date given for a pre-order is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.

Processing and tracking

In-stock orders are dispatched within three working days. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is handed over to the carrier.

Risk of loss passes to the customer on delivery.
